1st training after promos. was. out. to. kill. us.

ok, not US as a whole. us, as in the-normal-ppl-who-doesnt-have-super-good-stamina-after-weeks-of-lying-around-studying.

the so-called warm-up? i think we ran at least 8 rounds--and i am NOT exaggerating--around the freaking field. ok it wasnt a run, it was more of a walk-jog kinda thing. i really couldnt care less anymore if the soccer guys, bball guys and kayak team all combined were staring and laughing at us and at how pathetic we looked. once again, US refers to the-normal-ppl-who-doesnt-have-super-good-stamina-after-weeks-of-lying-around-studying. save me from the nothing i've become.

stupid Cuttlefish is fucking irritating. i wish i could wipe that stupid smirk off his stupid face. thank goodness Ah Fa wasnt there with him.

and also, thank goodness for Hwee Li, Andrina, Hui Ting and Sarah.

no offence or anything, but for the first trainings i thought we should slowly build up our stamina after all those weeks of not running, and not just 8 rounds like that at 1 shot. could see that the team's morale [and mine of course] was super low. low morale = resentful and disgruntled members = black faces frm everyone = no mood to do anything = no results produced = even lower morale.

i mean, even those super good atheletes arent just born with good stamina like that right? maybe they started as a child jogging leisurely in the park with their parents and slowly they find they have the passion of running [like Lucie Dortova] and frm there, since they also have the foundation since young, they slowly build it up. i'm not a body or biology expert but i know this is true.

but frm the captains' point of view, i guess their intentions were good. but still.

legs, i am proud of you. despite putting you through that torture you still somehow at least continued to keep me standing and walking. although i wouldnt mind it if you gave me just a little cramp in my leg when my brain says NO NO NO to you. does this mean i have the muscles but not the stamina? BAH. and heart, i'm also proud of you. because you continued pumping enough oxygenized blood around my body. i know it's hard work, and that blood kept me frm keeling over. at least i know you're strong.

i really dont know how it feels like to have a heatstroke or to feel like you're gonna faint. how does a heatstroke feel like? i bet even if i had one i wouldnt even know. and hence i would continue to run and stand around in the hot sun and get punished after trainings cos i walked and didnt jog but then, at least i COMPLETED ALL THE ROUNDS & ACCEPTED THE PUNISHMENTS.

3 rounds around the track after trainings. 8 + 3=11. oh my.

band, oh band, why did i ever abandon you? i now realize my folly. :(

Walcott, come and possess me during trainings pls. if only.

sorry if i ever disappointed anybody today. i know excuses cant make up for anything. before i work on my stamina, i'll have to work on my will power first because right now, it amounts to a total of ZERO.
